Valley Ranch Patio Cover
This homeowner wanted to extend their existing patio cover as much as possible in order to have more shade in their backyard by the pool.
We were able to extend the cover to be a total of 280 SF. We also raised the roof to a height of 10 feet to create a very open feel to the covered space.
This traditional patio cover was built with stone based columns to complement the original brick on the home. The hardie wrapped columns are painted to match the home’s trim and the ceiling is a stained American Nut Brown Real Soffit.
This patio cover allows the family to sit outside on chilly nights because we installed a Bromic Electric Heater on the wall of the home. It is just enough to take the chill off…
As an addition to the patio cover, we removed a small section of landscaping and added an Arizona flagstone patio to allow a space for an outdoor grill and dining area.
