This homeowner wanted an extended outdoor living space. They had an existing concrete patio but no shade for it. Their home backs up a neighborhood lake.
TCP designed and built a covered patio attached to their garage. We poured 250 SF of new concrete to allow for some open air seating. The new patio cover is roughly 500SF and gives them plenty of room for dining and enjoying their backyard.
The columns are finished with cedar and decorative corbels. The base of the columns are chopped Austin white limestone.
The ceiling is a prestained tongue and groove in American Nut Brown by RealSoffit. The flooring has a spray decking finish.
The homeowner now can enjoy their backyard.
