This homeowner had a concrete pad and no covered area. They wished to have a nice outdoor living space, so we built them this beautiful space to enjoy life outside. The slope of the yard required us to build up the patio area. Stairs were incorporated to get down to the yard easily. The original plan was to cover the entire space with a shingled roof, but the plans changed to cover only half of the new patio. We went with the flow and the final product is something they really love!
