This homeowner has a typical home with a detached garage and a breezeway. The backyard was an open slate and the homeowner wanted to add an outdoor space with a covered patio and outdoor kitchen and fireplace. TCP was able to create the perfect space for them by removing the narrow breezeway, building a new space off the garage with a wider, more functional breezeway that attached to the home. The new covered space is about 600SF with additional open-air patio off the front of the patio cover.
