This client's yard is 12' deep with an easement of 10'. They met with several builders that all pitched pergolas and pavers. We suggested a sunken open patio that would give privacy and look natural to the home. Space planning is very important and finding a way to make such a small space functional was a challenge, but gladly accepted!
