The owners of this project had an existing covered patio that was small in size, they wanted to make it bigger and better so they could entertain. It is now 385 sf of outdoor living space complete with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Windows needed to be taken out, drainage was added, flooring needed to match and much more, but now this custom outdoor living space is not only perfect for what they want, but it's beautiful too!
