“JackJames Furniture were wonderful from the start of the project right through to the end. They designed and installed an Art Deco inspired library with bleached Oak ladder and matching window seat. What really stood out was the care they took in every part of the project, from the design (when we were offered a number of different, carefully considered options) through to its execution. James and Jackie really understood what we wanted, and made fantastic suggestions. For example, our shelves were floor to (almost) ceiling and they designed a beautiful ladder which allows us to reach the top shelf but also stores flat against the shelves when not in use. They were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout. They met their budget and worked well with another contractor. We have already decided to employ them again in another few projects. We would highly recommend them to others.”
