This customer really wanted a space where they could host their family while having a space where the two owners could sit and enjoy their evenings. They seemed to always attract mosquitos, so having it screened in was a must.

The owner wanted to incorporate double patio doors on the project, and we were able to do that with the Larson screened patio door and the twin attachment. The focal point is a beautiful large wall of stone. There's an inset for the television and a built-in ventless gas fire insert.

They planned on entertaining, so the farmhouse sink with pull-down faucet, ice bin and outdoor fridge gave them exactly what they wanted.
