Tickner Street Patio Cover in Spring Branch / Houston

This home had a very small existing patio cover, pool and small deck off the side of the pool. The homeowner wanted to refresh the back yard by updating the pool area and extending the existing patio cover along with adding an outdoor kitchen.

The 10 foot kitchen was built alongside one of the walls and includes appliances from Conningham Living. There is a 38” RCS Cutlass Pro grill, doors and drawers and an outdoor rated refrigerator. The granite is Soapstone Black Moon Leather from Instyle Granite and Marble.

The entire space has a spray decking over the concrete floor. An existing wood deck on the side of the pool was replaced with a concrete pad that matches the rest of the pool decking. The coping was updated to an Ivory 12x12 Travertine from Aquabella to give the entire backyard a totally new look.
