This home had an unusual back yard set up. There was an existing cover with a low flat ceiling that made everything seem closed in. The homeowner desired a larger outdoor living space with an outdoor kitchen. There were also some drainage issues to remedy as well as demo an existing knee wall that was there.
TCP removed the knee wall and the existing low ceiling. New concrete was poured and a new gable roof structure was built to look original to the home.
The patio extends out from the cover to give the family some additional patio space. The 15’ outdoor kitchen is along the side wall.

This is now the perfect space to enjoy their backyard for years to come.
