Customer had an existing covered area that just did not fit their wants or needs.
While the homeowner had some limitations due to second story windows and
building set-backs by the city, we were able to renovate the old structure and tie
in the next structure while making it feel like one space. The customer wanted
an outdoor kitchen area that did not impede on any space for living or dining,
and we found a perfect spot for it. The customer also wanted a privacy wall that
helped a little with shade and also added some nice flair with the open arches.
