After we removed the aluminum pergola, we added a 240SF area with composite shingles to match the home. This new cover includes a great sitting area and outdoor kitchen.

Attached to the garage we were able to raise the roof line to 9 feet and vaulted the interior ceiling to 10 feet. The beautiful dark stained ceiling is quite stunning against the lighter painted walls and trim.

Easy in and out to create a seamless flow from interior to exterior. The flooring is a salt finish concrete.

Creating a bit of a privacy wall from the neighbors, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped.

Grilling is a breeze with both a 32″ grill and a big green egg. Granite counters with stone fascia creates a nice look.
