This homeowner wanted to expand their dining room and add a patio cover and outdoor kitchen.
TCP designed and built this project with adding roughly 80SF of additional indoor space to their dining room. We extended the space and finished everything out with matching the interior of the home perfectly. New doors were added to the space to open up out to the patio cover.
The patio cover is freestanding and is about 450SF. The space has a vaulted ceiling to open up the space. The outdoor kitchen is enormous. It is 34 linear feet which includes an island.
The space provides shade and seating for everyday meals while allowing for the family to continue to enjoy their pool and backyard.
