Homeowner had been in the home for over 12 years, did a lot of remodeling on the inside, but never enjoyed the backyard. Wanted a large area for dining, seating and entertaining. The were really just looking to do something that allowed them to enjoy outdoor living. They replaced the siding just before we started so we could continue with hardieplank in the gable when we added the cover. They also re-roofed the entire house.
