This homeowner has a nice large backyard and they desired a new pool and covered patio to enjoy their backyard.
TCP worked closely with their pool company to design and build their new outdoor living space.
After the pool was completed, TCP added about 660 SF of new concrete and built a patio cover that is right around 490SF. It has a gabled roof that is built off the home to look original. The vaulted ceiling has pre-stained tongue and groove Realsoffit Fine Line in English Porter.
The flooring is 16 x 32 La Reverse Dune Carved tiles from Thorntree.
The outdoor kitchen is a 13’ L-shaped kitchen with plenty of room for prepping and serving the perfect outdoor meal. The granite is Adonis white from Daltile. The appliances are RCS brand from Cunningham Living and include a 38” Cutlass Pro grill, a side burner, a dry pantry, an outdoor rated refrigerator, and a few other doors and drawers for storage. The kitchen is faced with mixed sizes of STB chopped Blanco stones from Rock Materials.
The space is now perfect for outdoor living… a dip in the pool, an al fresco dinner, or binge watching the latest show. This outdoor room provides the homeowner with their own vacation spot right outside their backdoor.
