This home was built in 1999 and needed a back yard remodel which included a covered patio, outdoor bathroom, large kitchen area and an area for the kids to play. It is a large lot that backs up to a noisy road. The existing swimming pool was in need of a facelift and the remaining yard really didn’t have anything going on. The lot had a large slope and needed some drainage issues addressed. TCP was able to accomplish everything the homeowners dreamed of.
TCP added a freestanding structure with a gabled roof and vaulted ceiling. There is a custom outdoor kitchen, half-bath and storage room, outdoor shower, plenty of space to relax and dine, and a side play yard for the kids.
