Outdoor Living Area With Corner Fireplace
The homeowner wanted a space to sit outside and watch local teams in their quest for greatness. They had an existing pergola that we removed and then built a new fully covered area in it’s place.
Here is the home with the original pergola. The homeowner wanted a fully shingled roof to protect them from the elements as they enjoyed their back yard.
The added patio cover now gives the homeowner a perfect place to hang out and enjoy a great win! The fireplace with a cedar mantle has gas logs, so they can start a fire to take the edge off of a chilly night at any time.
The smooth hardie soffit ceiling gives a nice clean look to the 220 square foot patio cover.
The sitting wall is connected seamlessly to the corner fireplace. This gives the living area a boundary, but also allows the homeowner to have a crowd over for the big game.
The light walnut travertine tile is a perfect flooring option. This outdoor living area is the new favorite room of the house.
