This home had a garage with 3 bays. The family did not need all of the space in there and wanted to reimagine the space to create an outdoor living space.
TCP designed and built a space that created this homeowner much needed shade and relaxation area by their pool. To create the space, TCP removed the outer walls of the garage and added columns for support. A new wall was built to create the back wall of the patio cover.
