Addition and renovation to an existing side-split 1950's home. The original rear yard addition cut off the pool from view and was poorly insulated, rendering it virtually unused. The intent was to increase the relationship between the inside and out by lowering it to grade, expanding it and creating a wall of glass. The addition of a master suite, increase storage and update the aesthetic of the home from the curb and throughout the interior also framed the project scope.
