A repeat client entering retirement decides to update the developer-builder basic and tired basement by creating a formal library, an open concept recreation room with custom built in cabinetry to hide all the components, a washroom and gym update, plus the creation of a Yoga space. This basement is now a retirees dream - reading, yoga, fitness, spa washroom and movie lounge - what more could you want in your golden years?!?
