An original 1950's post war 2 storey home that came on the market as the after a generation of single family ownership presented an opportunity for redevelopment. The predominantly Orthodox Jewish neighbourhood presented a market opportunity for a home with many bedrooms (4+) and multiple kitchens to deliver a usable product to the market segment. A large two storey addition and updating of the existing home with new systems and finishes was the perfect solution for the end user family that moved in from their home within eyesight of the project.
