Missing Middle Multiplex legalization - Junction Sixplex

Design + Build changes to an existing row house in the Junction area of Toronto, including the regularization and legalization of a formerly illegal fourplex, then intensifying it into a legal sixplex for the investor owners. Underpinning of the rubble stone foundation, repair to existing fire separations, walkout stairs and finishes throughout as well as improving upon the buildings building envelope and energy efficiency.
