A 1950's ranch style bungalow is gut renovated to update all systems and services, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as all new windows and doors, plus spray foam insulation to bring the home in line with current building code practices. The home was cut into 4 to allow the installation of flush beams, creating an expansive open concept space. Small additions to the rear improved flow, while updated finishes inside and out modernized the asthetics from the curb and throughout the interior of the home.
