Design + Build of a complete façade transformation of this mid 90's subdivision tract home. The front entry was expanded, the roof elevated, along with modifications to the living room and 3-car garage for an alignment shift. Other improvements included the creation of an ensuite bathroom, as well as custom storage millwork and a rooftop patio over top of the modified garage. The entire roof was changed to standing seam metal and a new stone and wood soffit modern aesthetic completely transformed the homes exterior for a contemporary and high end result.
