Under this phase, we focused on improving the rear aesthtic, but also the flow of the interior of the home to the exterior. The kitchen and Family room that abut the rear yard outdoor amenity now flow seamlessly with it. The view, access and functionality of the deep ravine lot is now maximized, where as it was previously cut off from the home and the original deck area.
