Square Inch Differences - Victoria Village

In an effort to maximize space in the home, as well as update the general aesthetics, a plan was put in place to alter the layouts of the main floor and basement, removing load bearing walls, changing locations of plumbing, laundry, bathrooms and shifting of the kitchen. Finish updates across three levels of the home created a space that is pleasing to the eye, but that also functions better for this young family of four that envisions living in the home for the foreseeable future. As such, updates to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and insulation which would often take less priority in a resale style project, took more of a centre stage in this one. The result is a semi-detached home that has maxed out every square inch, all with only adding some 64 sqft!
