An urban pied-a-terre for a wheeling and dealing Octogenarian set the stage for this Richmond Hill condo renovation. The 89 year old client was looking to update her City home while she wintered in Florida. The project ran into a global pandemic and while there were some supply chain hiccups along the way, it was completed just in time for her return for quarantine at her new home.

The addition of a walk-in bath for safety and convenience caused for tile damages and gaps in the wall and floor. Changing of the floor tile updated the look, while custom nice and infill completed the retrofit.
