Teddington Park or Bust! Aging in Place Accessibility Retrofit - Librach Arch.

The expansion and conversion of a 1930's traditional Georgian home in Toronto's Teddington Park, overlooking Hogg's Hollow. The home was converted at the garage to create an accessible entry, adding an elevator that runs from the basement to the main floor, as well as future proofing the home by adding a second HVAC system and a whole home generator. This will allow the homeowners to age gracefully and comfortably in place.
