Updated with a full gut style renovation of the interior living area and a taller, more defined exterior curb presence of the exterior façade. Awarded Best Exterior Renovation by BILD and Awarded Best Green Renovation Project in Canada by EnerQuality in 2025 for its focus on preserving the original building, but designing it in a way that is more resilient to the changing climate, more energy efficient, healthier and more comfortable for the residents, all while diverting tonnes of waste from the landfill vs a complete tear down and new build home.
