Lawrence Park to-do list

An existing home in need of a laundry list of work to make it last and function well for the family that resides there. Improvements to electrical, water drainage, replacement of period respecting windows and doors and general finish repairs to a series of floods were added to a more extensive gut renovation of two existing bathrooms for the kids.

The existing home, beautiful as it was, harbored drainage issues at the roof and underground drains, causing for ice damning and internal leaks and floods.

The sign of quality - a rework of existing roof drainage, complete with heat trace cables and backwater valve to reduce the risk of a future flood that was cause for extensive basement repairs on this project.

A radiator leak from the bedroom above was cause for a ceiling, wall and floor repair, coupled with the replacement of the doors and windows in the bay. Rotten structure discovered upon demolition was cause for some serious rehabilitation work to ensure a proper final installation.
