The design and construction of a new addition and full remodel of an existing solid masonry bungalow. Layout alterations to create a new primary suite, family room and open concept kitchen and dining area to this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
The addition was built with a double floor system, atop pre-engineered helical piles, as a means to reallocate foundation budget to the rest of the project, allowing for a full change to the existing home for this young family.
