The dining table has a brass base which was custom designed with a marble top. The chesterfield chairs have an interesting back detail with an old school door handle which were aesthetics and functional at the same time.

On the other hand of the entrance is the double heighteed centrally places kitchen and dining area. This space creates the connectivity of the entire house. This space has been given more darker tones in its most subtle uniqueness. The entire kitchen has been completed using dark finishes.The use of darker tones has also helped the brass inlayed shapes emerge clearly.

The bathroom includes gorgeous shower space in terrazzo floor with mint green tiled wall with modern suspended lights and an oval mirror.

Catenary House 212 - The word ‘Catenary’ translates to the curve made by a flexible cord, suspended freely between two fixed points. Hence, the name sets the tone of this house which is surrounded by soft curves from ceiling to walls and artefacts at every corner of the house. The space crafts a visual delight and manifest’s-with a curvilinear design. The house symbolizes a pure style of opulence right at the entrance. While minimalism binds the space, orchestrating an unusual and artistic character in the space. A nuanced creation of elements all works together with seamless cohesion. There is an air of subdued elegance in the house. It celebrates a relationship between whites and shades of grey keeping the material palette neutral and minimal. Sunlight sweeps every corner filtering an ambient glow and highlighting textural nuances. The choice of light-colored upholstery and furniture in the house alters the perception of the space. Driven by creativity in design, every zone features a characteristic hue, affording an instant visual identity. Sleek silhouettes of pendant lights with metallic finishes grace the design, concocting a hint of contemporary luxury. A smattering of curious and personal artefacts around the house adds a dash of aesthetics. Peppered with playful interiors and precisions, the house provides an overall unbound artistic experience.

Designed and built by Erika Jayne Design + Build. Inspired by the meticulous landscaping of the client's home, we chose a garden-inspired theme for our design journey, focusing on organic shapes, earthy textures, and soothing colors.

Для оформления спальни хотелось использовать максимум натуральных материалов и фактур. Образцы стеновых панелей с натуральным шпоном дуба мы с хозяйкой утверждали несколько месяцев. Нужен был определенный тон, созвучный мрамору, легкая «седина» прожилок, структурированная фактура. Столярная мастерская «Своё» смогла воплотить замысел. Изящные латунные полосы на стене разделяют разные материалы. Обычно используют Т-образный профиль, чтобы закрыть стык покрытий. Но красота в деталях, мы и тут усложнили себе задачу, выбрали П-образный профиль и встроили в плоскость стены. С одной стороны, неожиданным решением стало использование в спальне мраморных поверхностей. Сделано это для того, чтобы визуально теплые деревянные стеновые панели в контрасте с холодной поверхностью натурального мрамора зазвучали ярче. Природный рисунок мрамора поддерживается в светильниках Serip серии Agua и Liquid. Светильники в интерьере спальни являются органическим стилевым произведением. На полу – инженерная доска с дубовым покрытием от паркетного ателье Luxury Floor. Дополнительный уют, мягкость придают текстильные принадлежности: шторы, подушки от Empire Design. Шкаф и комод растворяются в интерьере, они тут не главные.
