The chalkboard doors and open laundry baskets are easy to see but also built-in are pull out hampers, laundry chute and a drawer for hanging clothes.

By relocating the laundry room to the basement, we gained valuable space on the first floor for this mudroom. The mudroom features ample storage for coats, shoes and miscellaneous gear. It also offers a convenient chute to the downstairs laundry.
