This is the third project that I collaborated with this family on. The first was a complete apartment in a gated community in 2016. The second was a renovation and facelift of the kitchen of the same apartment. As the family grew to accommodate two large dogs, the homeowners decided to sell their apartment and buy a villa with a garden in the same community. The villa was in a pretty poor condition; it had to go through a round of pest control, water proofing, demolition of the kitchen and rebuild of kitchen cabinetry, plumbing, electrical changes, tiling- both in kitchen and one bathroom, sanitary ware replacement, painting, lighting and much more. The whole job was finished in a record 45 days. Working on this project was both challenging and fun, and the results are here to see.
