Nisha and Arvi are dear friends of mine. They initially rented this apartment several years ago. After some years of living there, they got the opportunity to buy it, so did. Naturally, some of the fixtures were not exactly to their liking, and the place needed some renovation. Here is Stage 1- three bathrooms completely dismantled, plumbing and electrical wiring totally redone, windows altered, and finally tiles, fixtures, counters, vanities, sanitary and electrical fittings changed. It was a tough few months for both the residents and the construction team, because we had to work around a fully functioning household, with working parents and school going children. But the deed was finally done and we are very happy with the results
