Project was done in MDF with solid wood doors, drawer faces , desk top & trim. The homeowner added the chalkboard paint to create a space for notes and ideas.

The stairs are as much a part of modern architecture as anything. They are thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience, a contemporary version of something as old as time.

Family friendly basement with playroom for the kids, office space, family room, and guest room. Plenty of storage throughout. Fun built-in bunk beds provide a great place for kids and guests. COREtec flooring throughout. Taking advantage of under stair space, a unique, fun, play space for kids!

What a delightful under-the-stairs playhouse that any child would love complete with a porch light and flower box under the window.

Stair treads are illuminated with DekDot™ stair lights by DEKOR® This outdoor LED recessed stair light kit allows exterior steps and stairs to be illuminated for both safety and ambiance. Perfect for decks, docks, patios, and embedding in concrete walkways or steps. The lights have a 30° light angle and become directional simply by turning the housing. Turn them upside down for soffit or under-deck lighting.

A New Home in the Craftsman Style in Burlingame, California Our design of this large house in Burlingame was inspired by nearby Craftsman style homes. We also designed the swimming pool, pool house and bridges in the back yard. Carefully designed wood brackets and details complement the strong symmetrical form of the exterior. Traditional wood and leaded glass windows, stone masonry and slate tile roofs with copper gutters also contribute to this authentic and timeless design. This rich palette of materials and detailing are continued inside the house with coffered wood ceilings, painted wainscot paneling and trim, custom fireplace surrounds, decorative ironwork railings, and a curved entry stair. We represented our client in sensitive negotiations with neighbors of multiple Planning Commission hearings. The kitchen was featured in the 2006 Burlingame Classic Kitchen Tour.
