This loft apartment is on Portland’s NW 13th Avenue, one of Portland’s most interesting streets. Located in the recently transformed Pearl District, the street is a busy ensemble of shops and apartments housed in late-19th and early-20th-century loft warehouse structures, with the buildings largely intact as originally built, including special features such as water towers, loading docks, old brick, and original painted signs. Beautiful dining room area with a modern wood table and overhanging lights with a beautiful view through the large windows.

This stunning seating area is totally bespoke and upholstered in the customers choice of leather. Pride of place next to the seating area are Sub-Zero appliances. 1219mm wide fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, sat next to a 762mm wide wine fridge. Part of the former kitchen, the bay window created a cozy place for a built in custom settee and table. Upholstered in soft leather and surrounded by windows, the booth accommodates casual family meals, homework, or curling up with a book in a sunny corner. Hidden, motorized shades protect diners from low, afternoon sun. The table, fabricated from the wooden beams once used to support barrels in an old winery, were transformed into a rustic, kid-proof table
