The shower and bath tub share an area to make the bathroom feel more spacious. Acid-etched glass allows light to spill in from the bedroom while at the same time providing privacy. In this remodel of a long and narrow bathroom we created a tile box to separate the wet area from the rest of the bathroom. This allowed us to install a mahogany wood floor in the bathroom and include a large tub and an ample shower in a rather small space. photo David Young-Wollf

The original kitchen featured an island that divided the space and was out of scale for the space, the tile and countertops that were dated. Our goal was to create an inviting kitchen for gatherings, and integrate our clients color palette without doing a complete kitchen remodel. We designed a new island with high gloss paint finish in turquoise, added new quartz countertops, subway and sea glass tile, vent hood, light fixtures, farm style sink, faucet and cabinet hardware. The space is now open and offers plenty of space to cook and entertain. Keeping our environment in mind and sustainable design approach, we recycled the original Island and countertops to 2nd Used Seattle.

Sparkly mosaic tiles reflect light beautifully and add a girly touch to this modern bath. Our glitter tile in shades of pink and white is custom blended by hand in our studio for a fun and unique look.

This formerly drab and ordinary space in an 1853 Greek Revival home became a fun bath area for the homeowner's two year old with the addition of blue and green mosaic tiles, a child-sized toilet, a larger bath tub, and pendant lighting.
