New white cabinets and bookshelves flank the real wood burning fire place. Simple clean white cabinetry in the kitchen with x designs on glass cabinet doors and peninsula ends. Durable, beautiful white quartzite counter tops and yes! porcelain planked floors for durability! The girls can run in and out without worrying about the beach sand damage!. One of the newest trends sweeping households all over the country is custom made wet bars. Homeowners looking for a truly unique addition to their homes are choosing to go the custom route for the added value as well as the expression of their own personality. Not only can it increase the value of your home, but it will also provide a one of a kind entertainment space for your guests.
Interior Designer Jessica Goudreau of East Side Interiors, recently remodeled a Jersey Shore condo in Long Branch with her team. They added a contemporary custom wet bar – complete with LED lighting from EnvironmentalLights.com.
"We worked closely with the design and client to specify a custom bar using innovative materials and dramatic lighting," explained Goudreau. "The bar can instantly become the focal point of the space with the adjustable lighting installed inside the bar and back shelving."
The vision for the “glowing” bar was made possible with dimmable LED strip lighting. The team chose to specify High CRI LED Strip Light in very warm white (2,400° K) from EnvironmentalLights.com because the color temperature and light quality was exactly what was needed to create a warm atmosphere in the space.

Heartland Design and Remodeling
This NVS Remodeling & Design project is a basement remodel in South Riding, Virginia. The homeowner and NVS designer were able to dream up a warm, inviting basement plan that lends itself to cozy movie nights as well as large parties (the homeowners love to entertain!). The NVS production team carried out the design to perfection (our carpenter even custom-made rounded shelves to house the liquor). When you are in the space, it does not even feel like a basement.

Just add cream to create rich flavor. This rich, creamy paint creates a tranquil canvas for the beautiful architectural details to take center stage. The wood hood delivers a striking performance as the paint showcases each detail in the corbels and arched valance. Dura Supreme’s well rounded paint palette includes several “whites”, from a true white, to Antique White to much more. If plain cream isn’t right for you, embellish it with a glaze, or distressing, or our “Heritage Paint” detailing. The classic good looks of a painted finish never go out of style and are always a crowd-pleaser.

The reclaimed wood hood draws attention in this large farmhouse kitchen. A pair of reclaimed doors were fitted with antique mirror and were repurposed as pantry doors. Brass lights and hardware add elegance. The island is painted a contrasting gray and is surrounded by rope counter stools. The ceiling is clad in pine tounge- in -groove boards to create a rich rustic feeling.
