I like the lack of a molding, but the drywall doesn't just butt up against the floor. What is this style called, and how difficult is it to achieve? Thank you very much.
We are the developer, so not sure about the name. It's certainly not easy, but I believe the drywall is hung with the space and then a piece of aluminum is place along the bottom before the wood floor goes down.
