Exterior (Building Front) wall decoration ideas - Contemporary looks.
My self Adithya, We are renovating cum constructing new building. Need advise what to put on walls to make it elegance for front look (Like wall tile, granite, marble, Tiles, ledgers or claddings...I love contemporary looks). I am attaching some building pics. Ground floor - old house, first floor new construction and second floor Terrace. I am even ok to alter front portion of ground floor so that over all it should give new contemporary looks.

Comments (9)Does this village have any colonial features? The house has too much concrete and nothing to warm it up. Use natural wood hand-made railings...not painted. Balance the railings. Upper railings and lower railings are completely different. They should be taller...a meter high upstairs. Do you have to leave the upper columns by the bedrooms exposed? Comments (22)@Dar - We hired a builder and he gave us this blueprint according to our requirements. We started constructing with the foundation and then after foundation the real problem came into picture. Now i'm worried about the front elevation only. We have already decided to make the kitchen open n combine it with dining hall. As per your suggestions we can combine the stair hall which is in our hands. Let me tell you the most important thing, we are constructing each and every room according to "Vastu Shastra". So we are forced to place rooms according to that. Comments (4)hi u can choose the wall in front of your bed and i suggest u to paint it with charcoal gray or navy blue nd put some motivational quotes and the things u want to have in future or the places u want to go so it will become a dream wall or vision board whatever u want to call it plus it will be a focal point of a bedroom too nd i recommend u to have those quotes nd picture frames in black and white so it will add the beauty of the painted wall behind and also it wont look shabby....See MoreHide 4 inch round PVC rain water pipe on exterior wall
