Need help with my new house

Recently, I got the possession of my new house. I am really excited to start working on my house furnishing however not sure from where to start. Please find the pictures attached. They have painted all walls with ivory yellow color and walls are of 9.5 feet tall. Should I go for false ceiling as they haven't provided joints for chandeliers. Moreover, fire fighting pipe can clearly be seen in living room.

Firstly I would build out a false wall to hide pipes can't tell if heads are actually exposed . I think you will find that there are support beams in the ceiling and you can attach chandalier almost any where if properly done.

It looks like a loft. Can't really see room. Paint a soft gray. Hang panels on window go to the ceiling in a print. Try a contemporary look like black and white chevron. If you can't hide pipes just go with them. Paint them the same color of area. You have a view direct all furn to capture that. Big art in bold colors to being in color and interest. Ikea has great things. Think scale on furn. Will a TV go here? What are floors if wood or tile. Use a area rug in front of sofa area. Use glass top on tables to make room appear bigger. Low modern furn in light colors will work best. Paint all trim and doors white. Use brush nickel for hardware.

The house exterior design looks lovely. Congratulations. We initially planned to renovate our old home. But during the middle of renovation work, we changed our mindset to build a new one. Hence we made a house design by ourselves(3BHK) with the help of our local builder and to save the cost we tried to reuse all possible materials that were extracted while demolishing our old home((i.e.., like red tiles placed on the top of left side of porch). The project is in last phase, now I feel that still we could do something to enhance the beauty of exterior of home by getting some ideas from experts. I like to thank everyone once again for sharing your thoughts! @Rusty Empire : The entire building shown in pic is a single building, because of our inexperienced design it looks like disjointed:(:(. We just finished the painting of primer coating, yet to paint the final color. The pic you posted with color looks awesome, planning to paint the same color. Is there any lighting in ceiling? If so can go track lighting Ikea carries. Not expensive. Your ceilings are very low. I would stay with track. Paint ceiling white so it looks higher.

Thanks a ton Nancy Travisinteriors and Patricia Colwell for your suggestions. For the fire fighting wall, can I go for something like the attached picture, where pipes can be hide with the help of glass on the top panel. There are light brown tiles in all the rooms.
