Hi, softyjane. You have a very pretty sheet set, and seem to like pink, so let's begin with a fresh coat of pink on all four walls. If someone can build you a little shelf to sit in the window, you could paint a basket, too, and put all your small items in it. Your food tray would make a nice picture background in the window. Then, some hooks on the right wall to hang your bags from will make things a bit roomier. White trim at the window will make it seem bigger, as well. If someone can do carpentry work for you, then you can create even more space by raising your bed high and making a loft bed with it. then you will have room below to put whatever you like - a chair, a desk, shelves - and place a curtain or bead strands in front for privacy. OK... but the wire wont be lower as it is fixed now. The wire in the pics below is the wall facing each other. They were leveled on equal height but the beam on one wall makes it seem a little above. But i think you guys are absolutely right that up and down lights wont look good there. I think you are right about down lights lessismoore. Would it look good if i go with two different lights on opposite walls??? it would look odd right.

Thank you nagadeepti, but there is an issue, my father has already finished with the basic foundation,sump, and pillars when I tried to tell him about the option he said that its not possible to change the plan , Please let me know if there are any other option , i have included the ground floor plan as well ,I thought of swapping the bedroom to kitchen in first floor , let me know if its possible according to vastu since its north facing site with roads on both north and south . we have made slight changes instead of full utility in ground floor its only till kitchen , bedroom is extended to make 9*10, and kink for fridge is removed . balcony in second floor is removed . Kindly help if there are any other suggetion to make look house spacious. stairs to the terrace from outside has to be there. I know iam asking for more in a small space.but please help. finally this is the elavation we have decided on with a little bit of modification like extended balconies. Hi Nitin, Thanks for the valuable suggestion, but can you have some brief on why BWP ply-boar and why not BWR, majorly what is the difference amongst them, And you are telling for lamination, lamination of what (pvc lamination you are talking about) or some other, if pvc lamination then i heard and googled that pvc lamination color will get dull after some time and scratches can occur, whether we are having other lamination options which can resist long period of time. please majorly not consider price as blocker, i am going to Reno after 20 years so it would be the best from my side, please suggest consider durability, no dullness in color, and with strong panels.
