Kids bedroom- can any changes be made to look more kid friendly
Comments (25)Its a really lovely room! what a great place for kids to share. I like kids sharing rooms. I think you need another colour to tie it together. I would suggest a blue tone.... teal, navy blue, duck egg blue. to tie it together. Its a little to pale and looks sparse, but actually isn't. I would leave everything exactly as is, BUT, paint the back wall behind the bed teal and find a simple navy blue wall decal that is fun and kid- like maybe one with a sillouette of a boy and girl playing. I would paint the wall behind the sofa duck egg blue. Then I think it would suit both kids more and look more kid friendly. the blues will balance the pink and cream, but because you have a pale carpet i don't think it will look too dark. don't worry about making it totally kid like, its a room they will grow with, not a kindergarten, and it also needs to peaceful and restful for sleeping. besides with their art on the walls and bright toys everywhere it soon looks bright and kid like. Overall one room roofing will be more, others normal and one room roofing in mangalore tiles..makes ur house look simple, sweet and attractive. Said u from bengaluru.. Comments (6)The balcony is nice. I once made all windows in an apartment a standing balcony. I placed artificial turf and some climbers in hanging pots from the ceiling with small lamps. For more dramatic look cover the ceiling with wooden panels (water proof)....See MoreNeed advice on whether to buy a hob or a free standing cooking range.
Comments (1)Hi! The decision can depend on the following: 1. Budget - If you can spare more and invest in one, I'd say go for the fully-integrated free standing hob+microwave oven. 2. Servicing - Since purchasing a free standing unit is not quite common unless you're getting the entire modular kitchen done, servicing the same can be an issue. 3. Space constraint - A kitchen hob definitely requires only your counter space rather than losing out on the whole vertical storage. Induction hob can also be a good alternative if you don't have a gas pipeline to your residence yet. Please feel free to contact us for further discussion.
