Looking to redo my kitchen. cant make up my mind whether to buy a free standing cooking range or a hob and oven separately. Also, which make is the best for Indian cooking and after sales.
Also, which make of chimneys are least troublesome and have good after sales service.
1. Budget - If you can spare more and invest in one, I'd say go for the fully-integrated free standing hob+microwave oven.
2. Servicing - Since purchasing a free standing unit is not quite common unless you're getting the entire modular kitchen done, servicing the same can be an issue.
3. Space constraint - A kitchen hob definitely requires only your counter space rather than losing out on the whole vertical storage. Induction hob can also be a good alternative if you don't have a gas pipeline to your residence yet.
