What soft furnishings do you have. You could pic out one or two colours as an accent colour and use that as your Base for the curtains. I currently have cream hessian walls and have a duck egg blue and chocolate curtains. I'm currently making matching Oxford cushion covers for the settees . If you can't find what your looking for ready made buy the fabric and have bespoke curtains made for you.

In One such house in Gujarat, Muninder and Bishakha coloured the old sofa set with whtie (The sofa is like yours) and changed the centre table. Interestingly, the family also had your kind of sofa set and they also want some modern style. The architect duo did not changed the sofa, just changed the colour. oh boy! Good space spoilt by those door gaps. I know what you meant now. One thing missing is some colour and invite. I can't think of any other option but to change the double doors to single swing and wrap it with a beautiful painting in vinyl. Hopefully the single swing isn't too big for the corridor.

Hey Himani, Tieing a room together is not a matter of one item that has all the elements. At present, your room looks well put together. when we are trying to pull a room together, the trick is to use different elements (such as pillow, showpieces, plants, rugs curtains, table lamps etc) which have those elements repeated. For example, the colour and texture of the wallpaper could be repeated on the opposite side with art. The bed and the wardrobes look like a perfect match.
