Hi Mr. Hari. Following points are suggested: 1. Do a proper layout for the drawing room. By this u'll be able to know about the lose spaces. You can also remove one of the door to get a proper furniture layout or else you can change the tv location, so that you can get a proper L corner. 2. You may reduce the size of the dining entry. 3. For a 3BHK , i think there should be a domestic storeroom in order to maintain cleanliness. 4. Increase the sizes of the toilets. 5. C.B size should be at least 22-23 inches. Thanks.

Greeting sir, nice to see your replies....please note this white wall contains unistone red brick work (2.6 inches*8inches)concealed with white sticky tape .done to prevant paint stains as noticed and suggested . about the wall coming out of the slope its not in actual merely an illusion becoz of the taping... also.the red brick work is complimented with white cement....for flooring steel grey granite and s white As planned...im attaching u final finished look wud b like...v wud b putting artificial grass garden besides the right side of the building ground floor.. good to know appreciative responses from you..please suggest another ideas floor plan ill share for sure

if u go for tiles.. as this will save ur paint cost for certain years.. but in that case u will not find the same tiles if it gets damaged.. exterior paint is better because u can repaint it with many colours as u want.. and as many times after 5 years last is glass & A.C.P. Panelling which is costlier but will last for more years.. it is good during weather conditions

Dear Mr. Maverick, Hope you are doing great. Seeing at your post its very clear that you are a passionate person and taking your designing process seriously. Also you are accepting that you are not a designer yourself which is a good gesture against those clients who think themselves superior when it comes to design choices but knows nothing in real. I agree with above replies to share some information about your house starting with the floor plans as without these no one would be able to help you in any way. Also you need to understand that designing is a subjective and time consuming process and doesn't happen in an instant. If its just about getting ideas then you can find millions on google search. But being on Houzz platform is a great thing as its full of many talented professionals contributing to the solutions best way possible.
