Hi Mr. Hari. Following points are suggested:

1. Do a proper layout for the drawing room. By this u'll be able to know about the lose spaces. You can also remove one of the door to get a proper furniture layout or else you can change the tv location, so that you can get a proper L corner.

2. You may reduce the size of the dining entry.

3. For a 3BHK , i think there should be a domestic storeroom in order to maintain cleanliness.

4. Increase the sizes of the toilets.

5. C.B size should be at least 22-23 inches.
