Is there a base trim there? Is it some sort of rubber base or ceramic? I've attached a base I think would look nice, it is taller and has some detail. I also attached a door casing that is wider but clean lines. White trim always works. Compare your white to your floor tile, there are hundreds of versions of white- yellow white, grey white, beige white, greenish white, you get the idea. Try and stay in a similar feel. If your floor has a grey feel, look at more true whites or greyish whites,

PVC trims come in a variety of colours so you can also choose the colour that goes with the rest of your tiles and bathroom. 2] A stainless steel trim is extremely durable and is highly resistant to corrosion and abrasions. Due to this it is widely used in factories. 3] Aluminium trims come in a variety of finishes. Anodized aluminium trims come essentially in metallic colours like silver, bronze, copper, gold. Powder coated aluminium trims come in a variety of colours and don't give the metallic look but offer adequate resistance to water damage.
