Ideas for my flat interior
Comments (8)TV can be kept there, but I was thinking to use that place for some kind of shelve (book), maybe I can move my sofa more towards dinning so that TV can be in the centre; does that sound good?. The orange marked are closets. I was looking for different ideas for closet/wardrobe, also should I switch the TV wall the bed wall in master bed room. I can take down the wall bw balconies, thats a good idea. I cant put any more windows in living area. The wall of living area opens in corridor, I tried opening the whole wall of balcony for the same purpose that living can have more light and some outer view, distance bw living and balcony is ~11'. I also kept a window in living, the opening in the duct (one marked in blue); Thats the best I can think of. Also the flat is on the top floor, so I thing there shoukd be enough light coming out from the windows....See MoreIdeas for the wall
Comments (43)This Cabinet is $155 at Ikea. You could take the 4 items you had hung, and put them in a "shadow box", or individual deep frames to tie then together, to create I piece that looks more substantial on the wall, Then add a little ledge for photos, and you would even have room on the cabinet for the cool bottles that were on the floor, and that cool chest could definitely find a home as an end table, or entry table. You could also add a larger plant in a really nice pot in turquoise. The cut and paste renditions arent always completely accurate in scale....See MoreHelp needed to design the kitchen and bathroom
Comments (18)I agree with divadeva. More lights. If you can add pot lights do it. If they're already there add task lighting and up the wattage on the bulbs on the pot lights (replace with LED and you can make them brighter because the wattage on LED is lower for brighter light). If you have all of that add decorative lighting. If ventilation is an issue find a way to move the air around or add air filtration. Maybe the HVAC is deficient. Maybe you can add a HEPA filter instead of the standard one that comes with the unit. Call an HVAC specialist to see if there is a way to boost air flow in the room....See MoreNeed ideas for utilizing the living space and area behind foyer..
Comments (11)i have a feeling there is a distinct reason for the maid kitchen. thanks celerygirl for the def on a puja room. I don't think we should mess with that either. I like the drawing room. it is contained and allows your company to see exactly what you want them to see. If we are allowed to rearrange rooms, I would move the LR up toward the foyer, then use the current spot as the sitting room or library. I also do not like where the public bathroom is (too many spy novels I guess) I would rather it be closer to the public rooms and not you have to go past both bedrooms to get there. Or maybe, since they are both like master bedrooms have the c and the m open on your new sittingroom/libary? but if you move the living room up, everyone wont be walking through your dining room....See MoreSusanna
